UGH I have spent the whole day downloading the FS2 SCP from Turey's installer, and not only does nothing work, but my speed successfully ranged from 0.02Kbps (I didn't think it was possible either, but that's what Windows Vista was telling me) to 12 kbps. I'm having a word with my ISP.

KB, or Kb? Big difference there.
0.02KBps = 20.48 bytes per second.
0.02Kbps = 2.56 bytes per second.
....
Either way, that's ridiculous.
