Images are allowed, but only premium members have permission to use it
If you just click reply to thread, then select the white "Upload Picture" button you can attach it that way.

Look, I'm sorry, if it works for me, it should for you. It's not a admin/member script, it's a script which defines if a user is "approved", they can post pictures regardless if they're an admin or not. Your name has a "tick" next to it, so it should work for you. I can't fix a problem I can't even see myself! 
Theres no reason it shouldn't work for you. If you can provide more details, screenshots and evidence, I might be able to sort it out. Alternatively, use the form here: http://sectorgame.com/f2s/add.php to submit screenshots or work in progress pictures (select the correct category) but they'll need to be approved first.
