They keep sending em'. This is my third. The blades last a good month, for me, too...

Get outta here! Really? And why are you getting free blades? :|

Damn, the only special crap I put on my face is some Neutrogena facial cleanser in the shower. As for shaving, a Norelco electric on dry skin does the job.

Plus, I'm scared to death of holding a sharp blade up to my own jugular. :p

Yeah, but I dont expect to be getting another. However, at 8.00 for 3 replacement heads, I think 2.33 a month on it isnt terribly bad. :)

Well, to a certain degree, I find heating through a towel on the Radiator, & then patting your face dry after shaving does a lot to clean out the pores. And I don't use aftershave until a good 8 hours after I shaved, oddly enough, that caused a huge reduction in amount of shaving rashes I got, I'll just use a moisturiser when I shave, and worry about aftershave later.

Also, try GIllette Sensitive foam, that always works better than soaps and things in my experience. and don't be afraid to get a little fuzzy. Too many people are over-obsessed with having a clean shave, and that isn't too good for the skin to be honest, despite the adverts, I've found that shaving more than about 2-3 times in a week can cause a rash and soreness.

Finally, be careful of exfoliators, they can cause a reaction in some skin types and don't get on well with thin areas of skin, such as under the eyes and on the neck, that might be part of the problem.

I'm actually looking at getting the Gillette Battery/Normal razor with the Sideburn trimmer on it ;)

Haha, yeah, a clean shave is something I like though. I dislike stubble, even a little bit. I wish someone would invent a waxing suitable for mens faces :P

I always seem to get it bad around the adam's apple area, and sometimes on the jawline. I've heard that, the only way to get rid of shaving rash is to stop shaving for at least a week. Come on, there's no way I can do that. I can't stand being indoors for a day, let alone a week - and I won't step out looking like a convinct...

Depands on how you shape your facial hair, you might look like a drunken David Duchovny?

Heh, it doesn't matter - It will never feel right to me because even 48 hours without a shave makes me feel like a mess. I guess I was a woman in my previous life, eh? :P
