I was just thinking last night how ugly the place looks. Especially as the projects nolonger have specific board themes (appearance)

Must admit, I don't always agree with Inquisitors approach, but he's bang on right this time. Frankly it's getting to the point where I'm simply not bothering to post in threads because I know that someone will simply come along and troll it.

I like a laugh as much as anyone else, but there's no excuse for someone who comes along, deliberately trolls and is proud of the fact.

TBH, I'm rather pissed at this. I make a single snarky comment at Blackdove, one mind you, and OMFG IT'S TEH BANHAMMAR 4 U!

I suppose more than a year's worth of attempting and generally succeeding to be an upstanding contributing forumite doesn't count for much in the end.

EDIT AGAIN: So Hippo says that I've been banned 2 days, BD 3, Ford 1, and an0n 1. (I didn't even see an0n post in that thread.)

Now, Ford goes and insults Kazan directly, with an image in a second post no less, which takes some degree of effort. And that gets him 1 day.

I post once, insulting someone trolling the thread, they go apeshit on Kazan after I leave, which I had f### all to do with, and I get banned for two days.

What is wrong with this picture?

I think it's just a bit of Sabre rattling on the part of the Admin, don't take it too personally.

I know it's their board and they can do what they choose, but other than Kalf and Goob, I've seen precious little of Administration on HLP for a while. Fury was around and then vanished for about a month, Windrunner has only just reappeared, and Styxx is very rarely around. Personally, I think that is part of the problem.

I saw fantomeye yesterday quite a bit actually.

Perhaps it's just me, but when I do f### all and get banned for it, I don't really see any other way to take but personally.

It isn't professional, after all.
