Quite honestly, I dont know what Goobers talking about. Especially when there are trolling fuckwits running around rampant on HLP as we speak. (In fact, the title of this thread initially made me think of them.)

Thank you Taristin. What you say about the fooligans and the flidiodts on HLP is true. Isn't it great that we have brilliant moderators and administator, who kick out the bastards who are corrupting and corroding and eroding HLP. We still have one last stronghold before the rebels break through the entire FS network.

well it can't be me can it? or this thread wouldn't be here.

Trolling on GameWarden is stopped as soon as possible via a net of super moderators. HLP could stand to gain much from a similar system.

First of all, everyone please chill out. There's no need to bring it here, I'm seeing people I've known and respected for years acting like people I've never met before. Hunter and Sectorgame has always kept a good relationship with HLP and I'm certain he'd like it to stay that way.
Secondly, I agree that more moderation is the key, so do the HLP Admins, hopefully things will improve from the recent upsets, let's just let it go, take a breather and move on.
Goob, I remember Cobra when he joined. The rules are right there at the top of the Forum, all ghhyrd has to do is read them, and if he breaks them, he'll know what will happen. With all due respect, my own opinion is there's no point to pre-emptiveness, let his actions, positive or negative do the talking and give him a chance to prove himself.

Yes, please, enough with the HLP bashing. It's also wrong to continually bash an individual member of HLP when they are not here to defend themselves. Please consider your words carefully and remain partial.

I wasn't bashing anyone in particular...or maybe everyone in particular if you want to see it that way.
Now, whether you choose to think I'm right or not is another matter.

Ugh. Okay, I'm sorry ghhyrd. I meant verbally abusing, as in the sense of telling people to "shut up" right after they've made a suggestion. But that's only happened a couple times, certainly not enough to establish a history. I apologize.
I'll upload the thingy as soon as I can find it. Hang on...

I like a fairly un-moderated board. Makes for some great cheap entertainment.

Sometimes it can, somewhere like here, for example, we all respect each other mostly, even if we can be a little secular. But non-moderation isn't the key so much as self-moderation, and I like to think we usually achieve that here without Hunter having to intervene.

Actually I can't ever remember Hunter having to intervene using actual admin powers
Has he ever had to do any more than say "Knock it off"?

Speaking of HLP Problems... They're moving servers, eh?
Did their side deal with MP go through?

Oddly enough, it's only recently that I've had to moderate anything at all in General Chat, I locked my first thread EVER on Sectorgame a few weeks ago.
