Nothing, afaik... But you need a valid Paypal account for it to work, which I assume requires an address of somesort.

(I didnt have a choice of American funds..... so it came out to 9.71USD, apparently. I would have used a more rounder american sum, like, oh, $10.00, and gotten you a few more... cents?... dunno what you folk call the change portion, but eh.)
