I can post photos of more complicated models but this is a tutorial not a gallery. People tend to get annoyed if they're dumped in the deep and.

Ah, maybe I can see 'perform' live one day

It's going to be very cool

I do not have much time to spare for other stuff lately, but I will give 'piggy' a try later

Crappy webcams that can barely pic up light kinda trample on that idea.
On a more positive note birthdays mean birthday cards which ultimately mean I have lots of nice coloured envelopes sitting around.

I've been hunting for a placement job for what feels like forever. Biomed. jobs seem few and far between.

Is it really that hard to get a job in the medical field there? o.'.o

One hospital it looked like I was going to be able to work in got their funding pulled. Another didn't have a place for me, the last one hasn't got back to me in over a month and a half.

:{ Sorry to hear that. One would assume that a medical career would be secure, but I guess thats cause I'm an American, and without socialized medicine, hospitals and doctors offices can afford to run rampant with hirings and the like.....?

Welll there are private firms that deal with that kind of thing too but they're all bloody hypocrites. They don't really give a damn about students.

I'm sorry to hear that too *hug* Wish there's something I could do to help.

Local or across the British Isles?
I had an interview with a firm in Inverness (LifeScan Scotland) a while ago that did medical work (diabetes testing devices), not sure if they do placements though.
The work search is an utter b#stard, though. Took me about a year to find this job....

Ayes, I'm trying to find a temp part time job to hold me over till next year. Our uni has a work placement scheme with IT businesses in Brisbane so I can do a year of paid work and get it to count towards my degree. Most of the time if you do well they continue to give you extensions as well, so you can just work full time and finish the degree part time.
Definitly the way I'm going so I can make sure I have at least industry experience but hopefully a perm job at the end.
