Oh, can anyone tell me why i can't set destinations any more? I'm doing all my nav manually, which is a roayl pita... She keeps saying, "I can't seta waypoint to th same location twice", and i've cleared all waypoints... Its getting rather annoying...

You may want to make another character. Your attributes sound fucked.
Perception and Willpower are the primay attributes for combat pilots. Intelligence and Memory for Industrial. Charisma for CEO types.

wait and you're a civiere? they start with the highest perc.
edit: i think hippo is seeing the training time multiplier, not the actual level.
It should say
Caldari Frigate Rank(2) or something. The Rank(2) means that this skill takes 2x as long to learn. Go by Level x on the far right side

i don't know, it just said 18 hours... not bad actually, since it'll be done when i get up tomorrow...

yea it has to be l3. l2 skills shouldn't take that long even if your perc and will were 1

i've only got one implant, and that's only because i couldn't sell it for more than it was worth to me. I've only gotten 3 since i started playing.
