I've only got 5 125s to work currently all with lead ammo atm. But damn do they kick arse.
I might experiment with 2 cap rechargers though.
btw Thnx Thunder and Thorn for those. (Thunder posted a setup on the site members page)

Is CPU or grid your problem?

Try a Power Diagnostic / Reactor Control unit in low instead of a mod.

Do you have any Merc Commander setups? These bastards cut through my like a hot knife through butter.
I was trying to do a level 3 silence the infoirmant mission today. Got through the drones just fine, but the second I warped into the 2nd level, I was cut down, managed to warp out with 31% structure.

Take out the Interceptor first so you can move.
As for setup, not knowing what you fly is hard to guess, but EM and Thermal hardeners definitely. If its an armor tanking cruiser, try two small tech 2 armor reps as opposed to a medium. Same amount repaired for less cap, and in less time. Plus you can stagger them so you have near constant repping, or only have one running if the damage is light.

Pair of Ion blasters, Rocket launcher or Pair of 150s, standard launcher
1MN Afterburner, Cap recharger, Web
Small Armor Rep, Mag Field Stabilizer, and an armor plate (whatever will fit)
I have no idea if that works. I just made it up.

Got shadow to build a Celestis for me. Yokoso assisted with the minerals.

Top blokes, take back half the things I said about them.
Anywho, was wondering if I could get a few Celestis loadouts. Ta.

My Celestis is loaded with 2 250mm carbines, 1 dual 150 for short range work, 2 launchers with widowmakers and a bay full of Hammerheads.
Load med and lows to suit.

Ok im about to start doing L3 missions on my own probably within the next few weeks.
My current Moa setup is
2x 250 Scout(Uranium)
2x 200 Scout (Lead)
2x Limos Assault Bays (Anything)
2 Shield Hardeners (Kinetic/Thermal - probably going against guirstas)
Med Booster
Mag Stab I
2x RCU
CPU
dont know if i can solo these or should i wait until i can fly a ferox
From what i saw, the Merc missions were a pain in there arse, (damn caracals), but the serpentis ones weren't too terrible. Probably put defenders in and snipe them with iron/tungsten

you're screwing your ranges with the 250mm and 150mm with iron. the 250 is optimal out to 60km and the 150 would go to 30km optimal. A thorium/iron mix may help even up the optimals. If you wish, you can also try ditching the heavies for assault bays so you may be able to fit 200mm guns on instead of the 150 (and you can use the uranium/lead combo i use). Although assault bays use standard missiles, they fire alot faster than heavy bays which should keep the DPS similar.

I tend to run a few ships at once, but at the moment I'm using an Arbitrator with H Missiles (Scourge) 2 Focussed Heavy Beams and a pile of medium drones. I chop and change lvl 2 slots alot, theres not too much call for shield hardning on Amarr ships, but I use it sometimes.
If speed isn't an issue then I'll forego the ABurner for some 4 or 800mm armor, and a Ballistic Controller or two for the launcher. The rest usually goes to Multispecs in the mediums and Hardners in the low.
It's a good ship for doing missions in, but I need to train up my Caldari skills really.
