Not really. I only speak Englsih fluently (although I'm close with portuguese). Everyone else in my family is fluent in at least one other language. Makes me feel kind of dumb that I'm not actually :D

And not even that, apparently. :p

I speak French almost-fluently, but I'm out of practice. I know first year Latin and Spanish, and a smattering of phrases in a dozen other languages. :)

the only other stuff i really bothered learning in other languages was insults. And German.

Well, I got French and German in school. I can order a cup of coffee in German, and I'd get to the right hotel and stuff, but not much more. My French is useless, since I've never got any practical stuff. I do know most of the words that'd appear on a menu card though, dunno why those did stick in my head,

My native langauge is Dutch, and my English is yours to judge.

I can decipher Latin, if I have a dictionary handy, and I can read the Greek alphabet, but I didn't remember any of the words.

That's about it, really. I'm not very good at revising vocabulary or stuff like that, and any grammar I do is based on pure instinct and gut feeling.

And I can read C, C++ and I can write BASIC, PHP, and HTML :p

More specifically, Hippo, a Berliner, as in a jelly donut :p

Because I knew you'd use the Kennedy reference. :p

Berliner is someone from Berlin silly :p ... donut is "kraptung" something or other...

Yes, but Kennedy said something along the lines of "ich ben ein berliner"... which is not what he meant. A lot of languages aren't as free with conjugation as English is.

Yeah, IIRC, it should be "Ich kommen aus Berlin" or somesuch...
