How about "The North American Baseball Championship?" or "The Championship Series" Or "The Grand Final Series" or "Baseball: Whoever wins, we lose."

Don't Cuba & Japan beat the US quite a lot at the olympics?
Technically, then, should the 'World Series' not at the very least be the championship of the Olympic medal holder?
