Find somewhere to upload the image (Geocities or Tripod will do his for free).

Use the [ img ] [ /img ] tags (without the spaces) around the url of the picture itself (if using geocities/tripod, remember to both upload and link to your jpegs or gifs with .txt extentions or they wont work.
