Everything should be back up now. Let me know if anything appears to not work properly (FS2NetD had a couple of issues).
Still not really sure what happened. MatthewPapa said that this is the same thing that happened once before, but it was (and still is) something of a mystery. The server got rebooted and now all is fine, so, whatever.
