No Sectorfiles didn't exist back then. That server is still an experimental one at best... It's really hard to keep two good servers running (and paid for) so I imagine Sectorfiles will be hitting the fan eventually. But you can always count on it returning (the current host is playing games with the bandwidth ATM...).
