Two absolutely hopeless and crappy games. *sigh*

In the wide open fields
Far beyond the toil and trouble
Of my busy mind.

Meh, they won't match up to the original Doom, sure, but then Doom was, more or less, first of it's kind. True, most games are modelled on Doom, but that's not it's fault ;)

As For UT2K4, well, Halo, only better :)

I agree with Hunter, the original UT was awesome. I was dissapointed with 2003 though, I felt that they had made the gameplay slightly too frantic. I also didn't have broadband so didn't play over the net, and unlike the original you had to install no-disk cracks to get it to plat over a network. I'll give the demo a try although I'm not too optimistic :smoke: .

Unreal Tourney is certainly the best of them, UT2K3 was too 'shiny' for my tastes really, and as for whoever decided to include that stupid lightning gun.......

For the records : Facing Worlds. Best CTF level. Ever.

I shall look forward to playing Assault again, specially with vehicles, could be good ;) The only down side that I bet you don't actually see people climb into vehicles like you do in Halo, they are effectively a Mod, so the player will probs just vanish and reappear inside the vehicle, which, while only Eye Candy, will be annoying.

Still, I shall wait and see ;)

Okay... at school someone loaded UT2004 onto the schools server. so one day while in the computer labmy friend had setup a net battle. It was quite fun ever though I sucked really bad.
