CIH buys a daily ("sensible") car

Decided to get a nice sofa of a car so the Silvia doesn't have to endure a winter plus it's getting sruffy doing the daily commute. Have a couple of arty-farty teasers;

That's not my drive, it's too posh an area. They don't use house numbers but names!
Besides, If that were my drive it would be full of rusty old 1980s Japanese Coupes and Saloons/Sedans.
I haven't "taken delivery" of it yet so if any gangsters shoot it up they'll still owe me a 10 minute car.

If anybody wants a lift you'll have to sit in the back and have correct change, guv'.

Well, he'd have to go without buying bread for a week, and...er.... that'd pretty much cover it, no? :p

I buy cheap worthless old Nissans that nobody beyond a small group of oddballs cares for. :(
Oh and banger racers. Apparantly, the front of a Bluey folds in on itself upon impact ,making the front almost invincible.

It didn't want to start yesterday but hopefully it shouldn;t be too tough to figure out. Not much to go wrong on these old buses.

Have another pic;

My parents have a super old Nissan in the garage. They have the same problem - the car won't start if it's left 'rested' for a few days. My mom would like to sell it but it doesn't bother her that no one seems interested and quite happy to keep it as one of her many collections :D

I wouldn't buy any car over 3 years old after what happened to my Y-reg Clio (once it turned 8 - power steering pump failed, gearbox failed, rear brakes failed, new filters, new tyres, etc - bloody french). Next time - Porsche! Or Audi. Or maybe an MR2. If I'm flush....
