I don't know about the PSU, but I balk at the idea of buying anything as complex as a GPU as recertified.

Nevermind, my parents took me to a local computer store for my birthday and we got a GTS250 and an antec PSU. So I'm happy now. But I haven't had a chance to put it in yet T_T

I got a chance to put it in, and WOW, what a difference. It's infinitely better than my old one. It just seems to take anything I throw at it and keeps going, even when I think it's about to bog down.
