Losing Data

So, I take it they had a backup, right? Yes?? In particular it always amuses me when I listen to reports where someone is worrying about hospitals losing vital information - have they not heard of backups? If they are worried about losing backups as well, then hire a team of data inputters to reverse all digital data into paper form, like how it used to be done.

It was being held by a "management consulting firm". According to their webpage (the companies), they "transform the performance of organisations" using "an innovative solution: counter-intuitive thinking and groundbreaking solutions". Also, "PA was the first major management consultancy to create a public presence in Second Life."
