"On Monday, Minneapolis Police Chief Tim Dolan handed out honors to a team of officers involved in a botched raid at an innocent family's home more than seven months ago."

Whatever happened to that whole thing about governments being afraid of their people?
"Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny, and old wounds open all too easily."

Well the SWAT team were either brave, stupid or inept not to have killed someone. If they were brave then they probably do deserve some recognition of the fact IF the team weren't responsible for picking the wrong house in the first place. If the orders came from higher up it's not the SWAT team's fault. The situation could have easily ended up with the homeowner dead.

That said if the police chief didn't want to wait until the review figured out whose responsibility the botched raid was he might as well have got his cock out and stroked the victim's face with it.
