After being awake for nearly 40 hours, boy did I feel crap. And with a bit of a cold my head was pounding on the two long flights. I went to bed around 4pm with the intention of waking up later, but I slept through until 4am. Now I can't sleep any further :wink:

I tend to find that it's actually the pressurised cabins that give me headaches on long journeys to be honest.
