Why is it that a country as generally warm as Australia produces Tea Tree oil and Eucalyptus, probably two of the best treatments for a cold that I've ever found.

Seriously, put some of those into some boiling water and do the head under a towel thing, works better than any amount of Beechams, and makes you feel like you've passed some kind of Klingon 'Right of Passage' if you can stay under the towel for over 1 minute ;)

It may do, they are both mild antiseptics, which is what clears out all the conjestion. Well.. that and the fact it feels like your breathing Pepper-spray for the first 5 seconds ;)

I still stand by Robutussin liquid suspension for colds. That Cherry Mint flavor practically scours your respiratory tract as soon as you swallow it. :P
A.K.A. Mongoose, for you HLP denizens

I like liquid medicine, all forms...

Hm, think I have a gum infection. One of my teeth (well, I guess it's the gum and not the tooth) feel soft/spongey when touching it with my tongue!
