Its clearly stated there as 19.95, giving me no option to select what kind of scheme or payment plan I wish to use, apart from credit card, pay by cash and timecard.

Oh wait, you had a trial account? Then yes, you need to pay 19.95, which is activation and the first month of gametime. You set the plans afterward.

I assumed you had an account prior, in which case you don't have to pay any activation.
