If you want a quite place to mine, Vifrevaert is good.
Quiet, hardly anyone comes through, though I cant guarantee you'll be safe from WoR.

But it's just insulting to me that they have a position who's sole task is to hunt and kill noobies.

One of the more vocal UC members was shot down by one of you're members. His killmail said that that member's job title was Noob Killer. I've not been given reason to doubt this particular member's veracity.

My title was BONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONERBONER ad infinitum for the longest time.. now its Dance Commander.
Granted, laugh is more likely to shoot you than anyone in WoR, but he still shows restraint around new players. In fact, he has trained a good number of new PVPers.

Lib, how do you define noob? Look up the player 'open eyed'. Do you expect us to ignore him because he belongs to a noob corp? No. A noob is someone less than 2 months old, and is still in frigs/dessys. Soon as they break any of those, they should at least have expieirence and/or knowledge of the game workings. Not to mention that hiding in a noob corp - the largest corps in the game - allows them the largest amount of people possible to ask any questions about security and other things to. So don't go, 'oh, he was a noob because hes not in a player corp', because even you are not a noob and can be held as a target should we ever meet in space.

BTW, I'm disturbed that you would mug me like some common criminal, since we do know each other and all. 'course most pirates i've met would frag their own grandmother if they thought they'd make 50isk out of it.

So how many times have i tried to get you when we passed in space? Yup, you're a valid target. Does that mean that everyone is going to shoot you just because you're eligable? No - unless you've got 10k m³ of zrdrine on you or something.
