Sweet merciful crap... what were the stats on that? Was it like a really good Covert Ops Cloak or just a named Prototype?

Manticores cost 20 million since they get three missile points. All of the others are 10M at the most. Manticores are a b**ch to fit though, guess thats what you get when you get a 1500 dmg alpha strike. The cloaking devices are the expensive part though. Protocloaks may be in the 5-8M range, but they're not too great. Improved cloaks are 15M i think, but they're alot better than protos. You can't fit covert ops cloaks on a bomber. It would be a good idea to get covert 4 before even trying to fit it, since that'll leave you with alot more power to work with your other fittings.

For a nemesis, i'd go:

2 cruise launchers. I'd go limos as a balance between the lower CPU use of named launchers and cost.
2 75mm rails
Improved cloak

2 sensor boosters
2 sensor damps

MAPC
Ballistic control, T2 if you wanna splurge.

This should fit, and its basically identical to my manticore setup (except i have 3 cruise, 1 75mm).

The MO would be to uncloak, get your boosters on, target, damp, kill. You can't cloak when someones targeted you so thats what the damps are for. Also it helps if your prey can't target you since bombers are weak as hell. Make sure you're aligned too.
