Well it was either that or a Boanegeres.

Still don't like the Ursa? :P

The background is a brand new layout that took me some time to get perfect. I'll be releasing it to lighty once HLP comes back up.

This is a monster of a mission to test though; the maximum play-length I got (after delibrately trying to drawl things out) was around 20 minutes. But it was 20 minutes of total non-stop insanity and fun for sure! :D

in my time of playing ive noticed that the beam firing through hull bug appears to have gotten worse - Lilith cruisers can now fire 180 degrees behind them with the Lred, which is NOT a good then when you're chasing and trying to disable it!!!

Hmmmm.... has anyone else noticed this problem at all? I've been so busy modding I haven't really had time to pay the damn game ;)

No, not that I can recall. I also don't remember seeing it out of WCS at any point, either, interestingly enough. That might have more to do with ship/mission design, though.

no, its definately there with Taylor's latest build. I see beams firing entirely through the hull to hit targets on the other side. It isnt a problem with the collisions issue either, since it actually does hit the ship on the other side.

It could be related to the afterburner bug though - that has gotten a LOT worse in this build when im using the plain PCXs. I'll get a screenie later to show you what im talking about.

The demo is just a single mission (intro to the universe basically), but it features a small package of new weapons and music, and is pretty long too. Its not much, but the campaign might not go past 10 missions anyway so no point in making too large a demo either :)
