Because Basewars was mentioned: Are we talking about a project similar to Basewars or is it going to be a single player/coop game?

Someone who might be interested.

Where did either of you come from? :o

Anyway, to answer the question, no, this has no relation to Basewars, it's merely a multi-level single player mission. But don't get your hopes up, it's not likely it going to happen during this decade. :p We're trying though. ;)

Multi-level single payer/coop sounds good to me. Should you plan to go ahead with the project I'd be happy to build one level for it.

Go for it. After our Mr. Section-Admin-Guy adds you to the usergroup you can view the plot that we hammered out...

If I had no life, I could probably build the entire level set in a few months. Sadly I have a life.. ! :P

Yeah, so do I, plus other interests that are admittedly more important to me than Descent. :|

I will add Thomas to the usergroup, if Hunter hasn't already. :)

Same for everybody, though.

There's another issue with the supposed 36 something levels. D3Edit can only cope with a maximum of 30 levels in a mission.

There won't be 36 levels, the idea was severely scaled down.

Yeah. The reason this fact was never mentioned in the public thread was because everything just kind of fell apart after that. :|

Time to pick up the pieces then ;)

Bump.

Has anyone picked up any pieces?

Well, actually, yes, I did...just long enough to sweep them under the rug though.

In short, Project Pavilion is dead. Nothin' left t' see 'ere mates. :|

Ok, understood.

Maybe this is a good replacement for it then:
