Pirating:

2003-2004: Excellent
2005: At it's best.
2006: Downhill
2007: Zzzzz...

CCP might not hate pirates but many things conviently became 'exploits' after enough people whined about losing thier stuff in certain tactics, not to mention the way CCP tweaked many features of low-sec to make it near impossible for small pirate corporations to survive (or at least have fun). Sure, the big fleet so called 'pirates' have it easy though :P As for 0.0, forget it. One gank force after another. Totally boring.

It looks like 2008 must be the glorious resurrection of pirating.
*cough*byme*cough*

But then again I may never get EVE, not enough time or money and too complicated.

paybycash and timecards through paypal linked to a savings account are the best undercover ways... i was lucky in that i was 17 and could drive when i started playing, and i drove to work every day, so it was no problem to hit the bank and post-office and send out money orders, but it all depends on your situation whether its better to beg and plead or to bypass authority
