I had problems too but now it is working for me... but it either seems slow or I have to try and reload it if I click a link and it takes too long to load, as if it isn't loading and it is waiting for a reply (on the status bar).

Loads, but the forums don't actually load, you get the page for them but nothing below the top bar.

They appear to have been hacked. I'm getting a 'You have a virus' message.
Most likely your IP was recently used for spamming and the site auto-checks that and blocks you to prevent spam.

It was definitely site-specific (not on my end). It said something about HLP/Their Host being partnered for some sort of 'awareness program', claiming that I had a virus and that I needed to click some link to fix it.
It didn't affect any other website, and my machine appears to be clean. I haven't seen it since that one time, either.
