I'm in a good mood today, I managed to find out, after updating my BIOS last night, that my system was assigning a PCI-IRQ setting to my 8x AGP Port. Because of this, my textures were being transferred between the Card and the Computer at PCI speeds through an 8x AGP port.

I've now disabled that, and my, already very fast, X1600 is now going absolutely mind-blowingly fast even on Doom 3 and Oblivion

Edit : Oh, and I got a Wireless Cyborg joystick yesterday, which means I can finally play FS2 again, since my old Joystick's power lead had worn through
