That's pretty interesting and impressive. What postal carrier? The British Royal Postal Service? :D
Dunno. It was an anecdote from a Bill Bryson book. Think it was British; the moral of the story being the British post (by whatever strange post-privatisation name they now use) will get your mail to the right place but not give you free donuts, and vice-versa for the US Post.

I've not decided if I'd rather have the free donuts. I think..... it'd depend on the sprinkles.
