Ah ha ha, a bit more than that  Lemme count on top of my head.........Inferno: Alliance, Blue Planet: AoA: Director's Cut, Procyon Insurgency, Tides of Darkness, End War: Dawn of Sol, Apocalypse: Vega Act I, Terran-Vasudan War Project Act I and II, Crossing the Styx, Storm Fronts Trilogy, A...

Whichever method works best, go for it. That's what it should really come down to. As long as it helps you finish the model, that's what matters.

And I must say, the recent improvements to the model changes my opinion from awesome to "OMG Amazingly Epic!". Keep it up! Wants to see MOAR!

I forgives ya, FSF. For nows at least, I forgives ya. I'll just have to repeat what I said in internal before you moved the thread. HTLization of the Akrotiri is something I've been eager to see happen for a long time, and at long last, it is happening. The Akrotiri in all honesty is my most ...

Redirected from Hard-Light: "I have decided. Due to a lack of suggested names and my increasing failed attempts at not referring to the Thor as Durandal (At least to myself), Durandal will be the new and final name for the Thor." Congratulations goes to General Battuta for the name. Everyone should ...

If it gets chosen as the final name, of course =)

Meanwhile, just have to wait and see if anything else gets suggested.

As some of you may know already, the Thor's name has become a highlight on the Hard-Light Forums. A few people have suggested that the name be changed, as Thor is already in use by this craft: http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/FTFx_Thor A name change is pretty much bound to happen anyway, so ...

Ha! So it does, ghhyrd. Nice observation. A textured version of the Thor is currently in the works. I recently discussed with FSK the possibility of him texturing it, and he agreed to do it. I can't really cover what was discussed, but what I can tell you is that the Thor will look fantastic in the ...

Two more designs immediately after the last. I committed myself to try fill in positions not yet occupied in a possible Terran fighter/bomber force. Below is the first, "Prototype H-1": http://www.sectorgame.com/forums/userpix/385_h1_1.jpg It was built for filling the reconnasince role, but could al...

Here we are. A new design coming in. "Prototype G-1": http://www.sectorgame.com/forums/userpix/385_g1_1.jpg What this one is meant to be, I find it hard to decide. It was originally intended to be a stealth or reconnasince fighter, but instead, its turned out to be an interceptor or superiority figh...

After a couple of failed experimental concepts, I thought I'd ask you sectorgamers where I should look for new sources of inspiration. I'm keen on getting more concepts posted here, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ok, I have two new babies for the thread. One is "Prototype E-2", a redux of E-1. Thank you Matthew for suggesting the modification for the mid-section: http://www.sectorgame.com/forums/userpix/385_bomber1b_1.jpg I think I might name it the Firehawk or Odin. Anybody disagree? The other newcomer is "...

I agree there. Removal of the mid-section and having the cockpit up closer would improve things. I think I stuffed up the cockpit tiling and the gunbanks as well. I can always do an E-2 to fix those problems.

Seems like C-2 is the highlight of the thread. Awesomeness
