Ok I've never looked into it but chances are the fan is just a 12v DC fan, which is what I think molex cables output? If you've got a free molex plug just try wiring it up directly.

Haha, bit too much credit my way there! BW modeled, textured and converted it, all I did was add a little bit of mesh detail and UV mapped it.

He's become quite a good shipbuilder over the course of TI, so well done on this one too dude.

We've already been using some lovely old skyboxes Flipside made for ages, but I reckon the final result will be even better.

Oh, and about progress, yeah we are moving slowly - we're just all really busy with RL. I think RL needs a pause button.

I wouldn't bother just yet - I think we broke more than we fixed, which is why I've not yet posted it here.

Oh and no nothing was removed - we've only had pics of WIPs on the forums of any of those ships, and this re-release only added the new Thoth.

Oh I thought we were talking about the arwings thrusters. Yeah the Harlock just uses the good old FS2 thruster animation technique, with one minor code change of not having their length flickker randomly through a special ship flag.

It's just pretty graphics applied to all the usual roles actually as far as I'm able to tell. No thruster particles. (incidentally we tried those for the MVPs, and while they look great the performance hit is staggering, and they're only visible when you're within like 200m of them. )
