Uhm... That won't work. Remember you need six textures that fit to each other. Otherwise you will get a visible box, with visible edges.

You need to work with a 3d programm (like 3ds max) and turn the camera 5 times. So you get six pictures.

You can always do what lightspeed does: Place every frame into a single image file, convert it to 256 color and save the pallette. I'd not be surprised if many people release the their work as soon as HLP is back up (Not only coders). They had enough time to work on it.
