There are no credits in the MN2 file, and no text file was attached.

According to the HOG file timestamp, this level was created in May, 1996.
Not bad considering that D2 was officially released in March, 1996.

It's huge, not difficult, reminding of D1 Lev 10.
There is no key sequence and behind both blue and yellow doors there are well equipped armories. 
Most players should enjoy this level at ACE difficulty.
