Minerva is Spaz's 8th level, and probably the most famous multiplayer Descent level of all time. While it was much-maligned for being overplayed, it was popular for a reason: at the time it was released, few other levels could match its flow and gameplay, for novice and veteran players alike.
Today it is often considered too large for a 1v1 level, but for those who like throwback slower-paced games, it still shines, and it is an outstanding 2v2 venue.
