By Sirian. I wanted to take the chains off and make a really large level for LAN play mainly, for four teams: a level that could well comfortably hold 32 players. I wanted to branch out in the field of level architecture and really challenge myself, to make something visually impressive but still technically tight, with good frames, good flow, and fun to play. I wanted a grand level for my Guardian mod, and I got the idea for an abandoned space station turned into a military training ground. I took the time to add a lot of little touches, to try and give the level character and add a more immersive feel.
